Air Force AcademyI realize now that I haven't blogged about my trip to Colorado. Back in January/February, my stepmom threw the idea to me to come down to surprise dad during his Hall of Fame induction weekend. There was no second thought, the planning begun! I fortunately bought a ticket and got an arrival time around the same time my little brother was flying in (which dad knew he was coming.) Clay waited til I got off the plane and we both traveled up the escalators to the waiting dad. Dad - "There's Clay...........and.........Wendy?!" Needless to say, the surprise was a success and the four of us had a fantastic weekend......Dad's induction dinner was a success (Good job, dad!) and it was nice to see them all. GOTCHA, Dad!
